T & N Reliable Nursing Care, LLC, a state approved agency, provides private duty nursing services and home health care to adults and children at their homes in Maryland and Washington, DC.

Our Nursing Services include:

• RN's, LPNs, CMAs, CNAs, Companions, Mental Health Techs, and GNAs
• Long Term or Short Term Assignments
• We serve Maryland, D.C.  and Virginia.
• Business Hours 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

In Washington, DC, we provide the following:

• Skilled Nursing (RN, LPN)
• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Therapy
• Case Management (social worker)
• Home Health Aides
• PCA
• Pediatrics

In Maryland, we provide the following:

• Private Duty Nursing (Pediatrics and REM cases)
• PCA Services

We accept both Medicaid/Medicare and Private Cases.  Private pay rates are negotiable.

Our Mission

T & N Reliable Nursing Care, LLC provides HOME HEALTH CARE services to residents of the District of Columbia.  We also provide Private Duty Nursing to the elderly and children in the State of Maryland.  

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, private Health Insurance and private pay cases.  Health Insurance and private pay rates are negotiable with each client.
